Tarou / 太郎
Tarō is the most mature member of the group, making him the leader by default. He wears an unbuttoned gakuran with a white shirt underneath. He and the rest of the gang picked a fight with Joe when Joe first arrived in the slum town, they lost but ended up becoming friends with Joe and frequently hanging out with him.
